Shipping policy

Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing. During launches, seasonal releases, or subscription box fulfillment periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Once an order has been shipped, Simply Rooted is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Subscription Boxes

Quarterly Subscription Boxes

Our quarterly subscription boxes are shipped during the seasonal fulfillment window listed at the time of purchase.

Because each box is curated and prepared in advance:

  • all subscription box sales are final
  • boxes cannot be canceled after billing for that season
  • shipping dates may vary slightly depending on inventory and fulfillment timing

Subscribers will receive email updates regarding:

  • billing dates
  • shipping windows
  • tracking information

If you need to update your shipping address for an upcoming box, please contact us before the posted renewal date.


Monthly Home Plan Digital Subscription

The Simply Rooted Monthly Home Plan is a digital product delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, subscribers will receive access to the monthly digital download via email. 

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • all digital download sales are final
  • no refunds will be issued once access has been granted

If you experience trouble accessing your download, please contact us and we will gladly help.


Digital Downloads

Digital products, guides, and downloadable content are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.

Delivery may occur through:

  • email
  • downloadable link
  • customer account access

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Due to the immediate access of digital products:

  • all digital download purchases are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: savannah@simplyrootedshop.com

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item and packaging
  • a description of the issue
